So we decided to create Auden in 2018. A restaurant for feel-good food.

Why this name, you ask? We like to keep it simple, so we just mixed our names: Audrey, a doctor in human nutrition and food science and Sven, a former fitness professional.

We share a huge passion for food and we want you to have the best culinary experience full of freshness and flavor. Whether you are vegan or follow a gluten-free diet, we made sure that our entire menu is adaptable to your dietary preferences.

All of our food and beverages are well thought out, nutritionally balanced and made only with quality ingredients. 100% fresh and homemade.

Food is playing a major role in environmental impact. We have always tried to make the smallest footprint possible. Hence we always look for eco-friendlier, sustainable ways to produce and consume, especially when it comes to animal products. Our goal is to limit meat consumption and guarantee sourcing of local and organic eggs and dairy products.
